Does anyone have any experience with Ridge Lending Group. I am considering getting prequaled with them.

Hi Molly, as I said, the most painful process is the paperwork and providing all documentation, they seem to be more thorough than other lenders.  Compare their fees with other banks. I went with them as they have options to go over 10 loans once/if you are that far whereas many banks will stop at 10 loans.  They also sold both of my loans with them in the first month to other banks, I was a bit surprised at how fast it happened but it wasn't a problem.  Good Luck.
