Dear BP family,

Which material is better for a rental property's kitchen and bathroom porcelain tiles or 100% waterproof vinyl flooring?

We're talking about a single-family house.

thank you,

Eli M

Porcelain is more expensive but in the bathroom I think it is the best.  Lasts a long time. In the kitchen if you have tile leave it but if you don't depending on the class of rental vinyl is good and easier on the cooks legs.   Porcelian can crack when you drop things on it and that is likely to happen in a kitchen.
