You have dealt with? How did they fool you into working with them? Were you able to take them off the job or did you push through?

I had one on may first 22 unit apartment. He finished on time but the work was terrible. Guess what? It was my fault. I went with the lowest bid and did a half *** job of checking his referrals. Greed and laziness on my part. Those two things kill. I then started getting 3 bids and went with the person with the best referrals and ask them to meet the lowest price. They seldom do but I go with them anyway. Don't cheap yourself out. Now I don't even have to get bids. I have someone that I can trust and depend on for every deal that I do.
