Property Management Referrals - Chicago

Hello BP Community - I am a novice out of state investor looking to begin my journey in Chicago. I am looking for a local reputable property manager/management company in the Chicago area who could work with me in overseeing renovation work, tenant screening and management, and other responsibilities necessary to manage a rental property. Any referrals or recommendations would be appreciated. I second what Jason says. Narrow your range inside the city for more accurate comparables. You can find plenty 2&3, maybe not a lot of 4 unit in desired area.

Due diligence, due diligence. Lot of out of state investors lost money. Numbers seem right on paper, but the local area/property management sank them. You have a bullseye on your back the minute your plane lands
