Coranavirus effect on EVICTIONS!

Cook County Sheriff (Illinois) has just announced a 30 day moratorium on evictions due to the Corona Virus. Chicagoland area landlords are now looking at 5 month long eviction process!!!

I have a feeling many other counties are going to follow suit.  I still recommend that everyone starts the process, even if it will be delayed.  Get the data/request out there.
