Should I accept tenants on Social Assistance?

I have some inquiries from people on social assistance who indicate they can afford the rent. If after verifying their income they can afford it, is it a good idea to consider them?

Thanks in advance!

Absolutely.

Guaranteed rent has never been so valuable as now.

Plus they tend to stay long. Less turnover is more net income.

Take care of these tenants and they will stay for many years.
