Rental property Dishwasher

My renters have frequent tendency to break the dishwasher or maybe it’s just the appliance issue, how are landlords finding cheaper way to either buy or fix the dishwasher? Or getting around this frequent breakage problem.

Thank you !

Buy a new one and get the longest extended warranty available. Then you can just call Lowes or HD and say it is broke and it is under their warranty come fix it.
