Section 8 property
I just wanted to know what’s the process of making your property section 8 eligible? Is it a simple process or does it take some time? I appreciate all beneficial feedback I appreciate it thanks in advance!!

@Carl West the property doesn't get certified as Section 8, the tenant does.
Section 8 also has a list of items that they will be inspecting, you can ask Section 8 to email you a copy of the checklist in order to be ready and pass the inspection the 1st time since the reinspections might take 1-2 weeks depending on how busy the town is.
