Can anyone recommend an insurance company that does umbrella insurance for 4 or more properties?

Check with your insurance. My homeowner's (Allstate) covers me even though I have all my rental properties with another company (State Farm). Caveat is that you have to max out the liability coverage with the rental properties in order to be covered under the PUP. Not a big deal, as max liability runs me maybe an extra $200/annual for all properties combined vs. one level down.
