INVESTMENT IN Macon, Georgia
I have never invested outside the state of Florida and was wounder in regards start in Macon, Georgia. The property is in a street name JOYCLIFF Rd, any advise is appreciated.

Macon is definitely an area to consider! Make sure you have a guide that can explain to the city, because you can go 1 or 2 street and it'll be completely different. Another area you might want to consider is Warner Robins/Houston County. It's a military town, the Warner Robins Air Force Base is a big economic driving force that makes the rental/housing market there very popular. In Georgia we use mostly Closing Attorney, from my experience.
