Macon is definitely an area to consider! Make sure you have a guide that can explain to the city, because you can go 1 or 2 street and it'll be completely different. Another area you might want to consider is Warner Robins/Houston County. It's a military town, the Warner Robins Air Force Base is a big economic driving force that makes the rental/housing market there very popular. In Georgia we use mostly Closing Attorney, from my experience.
Management Company= A Home For You Realty, Real Estate Property Management Vesta, Coldwell Banker Access Realty Property management. (Keep in mind there are some management companies that only service particular area, and some have minimal rental rate requirements.)
Real Estate Attorney= Martin Wilson LLC, Martin Snow LLP, Fricks Bohan LLC
Home Inspectors= Buddy Mckenzie with Compass Property Inspections, Singletary Home Inspections, Terry Franks LLC

Hey, Im a realtor in Middle Georgia. Macon is very popular for investors, I work with a good bit of out of town investors myself. You are able to get investment properties cheaper then would be able to in other larger metropolitan cities. Rents are solid, the demand is there, and theres alot of people that claim Macon properties to be "cash-cows". Joycliff Rd is in Jones County which is getting close to the outskirts part of Macon almost.

I am a new agent that got started in the business in January of 2019. I've only gotten 1 listing, and been working with multiple buyers but have yet to get to a closing. My goal was buy at least 1(my first) invest property. With no income at the moment, and a unsure potential amount for the future, how do you suggest I get started? Pick up a second job that pays a wage or salary to have income?
