Trying to start a real estate community for Virginia

I am an investor interested in rental properties, specifically in the Richmond VA area. I am looking to create a small community to try and learn more about the area and about other's successes in that area.

@Maxwell H Davis - Why reinvent the wheel when there are a at least a half a dozen investor clubs in the Richmond area that are already established?  I’m not in Richmond, but have friends there who participate in them.  You can find them with an easy google search - or look on meetup.com.
