New Renters moving in

Just rented a house and the move in date is July 1 2020 but the tenant is asking to see if they can move in some of their items on june 26th 2020, should I let them in earlier to move in their stuff or wait till the move in date.

Hi @Sohil Shah. Why not just shift the lease move-in date to June 26th?

Giving them access before they've signed a lease is a disaster waiting to happen and totally unnecessary.
