Airbnb bluetooth/keypad entry and security camera recommendations

Hi everyone - My hope is that this can become a thread for people to get recommendations for keyless entry and surveillance options, specifically for short term rentals. 

In my specific case, I'm looking for keyless entry options that would be good for 8 units in one building, so the ability to manage all of them from one platform is important. I've seen some options for security cameras built-in to the lock and other options that keep surveillance and door access separate. It would be great to get advice from others who have used systems like these in the past.

Any suggestions?
