Phase 4 - Federal eviction moratorium extension proposed
I just saw a mention on CNN that Republicans plan to propose extending the federal eviction moratorium that was implemented as part of the CARES act. It expires at the end of July. Now is the time to make noise if you have thoughts about it. For sure, the Dems will approve extending it. Since the bill will be a done deal probably this week, landlords need to ask fast if you want to evict anytime soon.
