Should I use my real name?

• Do you sing an agreement with your DBA name or LLC name?

Or do you sign the lease with your real legal name?

Both. My DBA name/my name. "Skyline Properties/JD Martin". This allows the lease to be administered by someone else that's a representative of my business if I so choose but also has the legal owner of the property signing the legal contract for occupancy.
