Filing intent to occupy
I ended up purchasing Legal Shield as cannot get this tenant to leave. Lease would have ended 8/31 and initially he said he was going to look for another place but then stated he wants to do month to month. I am currently trying to file intent to occupy. Has anyone had experience with this? Also if his lease ends, he will need new lease so I can addend no guests overnight???
