Cash for keys in Spokane, WA

Carlos Pineda
Posted

Hi Everyone,

We recently purchased a small multifamily unit in Spokane, WA. We would like to upgrade the units and improve the overall property. All units have tenants in place on month-to-month leases and Spokane has an eviction moratorium in place until October. We are hoping to offer cash for keys. Has anyone had success doing this during COVID. Did your PM make the request or a lawyer? Any tips would be appreciated.

Carlos

Hi @Carlos Pineda, are you local, or investing from afar? Let's get on the phone... I'd be happy to share my experience and point you toward a trusted local attorney that can help you out.
