Property Management Software for Small Portfolios

I'm looking into property management solutions. I have 1 SFR and closing on a 4plex. The properties are in IL and I live in CA so looking for something that would make sense for a portfolio that is just starting out but will allow me the ability to manage my properties from afar. I have family that helps with the maintenance of the properties so that part is not tricky. I was building out a wordpress site but wondering if there is anything out there that will save me time and be better for my tenants.
