Renting House out after refinancing
Hi all, has anyone had any experience with renting out their primary residence shortly after refinancing it? We refinanced a couple of months ago and will be moving due to a job promotion. We would like to keep our house and rent it out but there is a clause stating it has to be our primary residence for 1 year after refinance. Is there any way of getting the mortgage company to agree to allow renters or do we need to sell it?
