How to Speak to a Tenant

Good Evening This is John Akhlaghi,

I just had a quick question for someone to help me answer to answer.

Today my tenant was using the shower and the electricity in the bathroom for an hour.

I was just wondering how I should approach my tenant to let him know that I have to pay these bills and I don't appreciate that he uses my utilities like that.

Thank you and have a great day.

Other word of advice - NEVER EVER say "I'm sorry" to a tenant.  They can sense fear/guilt and will exploit it.
