Question for you guys.... Can you require your tenants to have renters insurance? Can this be included in your lease?

@Cole Raiford yes, you can require renters insurance. Just make sure that you are named as an additional interest in their policy, get a copy prior to move in and receiving keys. This way, if they try and cancel the policy, you will receive a copy
