trying to register my unit with Baltimore city, they want me to register with Maryland department of Environment. Long story short i need lead certification cause the house was built before 1978. The entire finished basement is brand new, upstairs bathroom was gutted and redone,no wooden windows. Is this going to be a tedious process? This is my first rodeo lol
