Shooting in the Neighborhood

Nice house in a nice enough blue-collar area, probably B+/B... new tenants down the block reportedly drinking, partying and now... fighting and shooting.

Gonna call the councilman and find the landlord before the tenants ruin MY block (we have two props there)

Any suggestions?

Tell your tenant to call the cops.
