Primary residence into First Rental
I will be turning my primary residence into a rental at the beginning of 2021. Ive ran the numbers with the Bp calculator and it will have pure cash flow of $100. Is there anything else I should be aware of as I will be managing the property myself, all feedback is welcomed.
