From the month of July to August, new listings in the New Orleans metro area are on a decline from about 6,156 down to 5,903.
Do you think is because of the recent hurricane Ida, or is the market just naturally coming down due to the time of year. What are
your thoughts?

Im looking to refinance from my fha to conventional loan so that I am able turn my primary residence into first investment property. I have already fufilled the 12months as my primary residence as fha requires. Does conventional loans require me to live there a certain amount of time before I can rent the property?

I've lived in my primary residence for 3yrs and in the process of renting it out. Will FHA allow me to get landlords insurance or will I need to refi to a conventional loan?
