Tips for buying your second property
I’m wanting to figure out what are the best strategies for specifically getting you second rental property. What are some qualifications/standards you want to be at before hand?

Just curious, I am reading this and the assumption I gather is that you currently own 1 property? If so, then I will say, you repeat what got you 1 property.
Good or decent credit, some cash reserves, or a hell of a partnership to get that from others.
