Can I start the eviction process in Cincinnati ,OH?

I brought my first investment property in Cincinnati,OH . I had a meeting with a tenant on 11/04/20 they said they would pay me on the 5th never showed up and now my call won’t go through ( I think he blocked me) and the tenant is never home. Can I start the eviction process by giving him a eviction notice even though covid is going on ?

Absolutely. However, if they know what they're doing, they may file the CDC paperwork, in which case your case will probably be delayed until after the new year.
