Morning Guys, 

If you're looking for a quality turnkey provider in the midwest, check out @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. They provide high quality rentals in the markets you're interested in. 

I recently closed on a property with them and have been impressed. It provides good returns with very little risk.
