Rental Property Appliance Packages

Looking to preemptively replace appliances for a rental house, as they are old(from 2004).

Is there any preferred brand among BP community, like GE or Frigidaire, etc which is more robust and reliable for a rental house?

Looking for a package for Fridge, range and dishwasher, planning to check out Lowe's, HD, Best Buy and Costco. Is there any other vendor which should be checked out?

If anyone has bought recently, appreciate their valuable feedback, thank you.

I typically get used appliances for a rental house off Craigslist or FB marketplace. If they are not giving me trouble I don't replace them. If they do have a problem I send an appliance repair guy out to fix them.

I have only bought new on rare occasions. Then I go to Home Depot and find what is on sale.

Unless you have a high end rental, I recommend you do the same.
