My realtor want's me to sign a Buyer's agreement before I purchase our house. I plan on buying more property and renting out, soon. Does the lease commission seem high? Or is that a typical payment?

Thanks!

I was just attempting to answer your original question about the lease compensation.

Obviously it’s up to you as to whether you sign or not. I’ve heard that some states or some brokerages require a buyer broker agreement in order to represent you although I don’t know the details as it’s not required of us here. I’ve never had a client sign one or asked them to sign one.

Much success to you!
