HOA Insurance Coverage versus Owner Insurance
We own several condos and are required to provided full coverage for the entire assessed value of the condo even though our responsibility is with the interior for coverage. Do other REI provide the HOA's insurance coverage documents to the lender/bank to offset the amount of coverage required? Thanks in advance for any insight!
