Tenants in a potential flip purchase

I am reviewing a property to flip. There are M2M tenants in it now. I do not want them. They have heavily damaged the property. The property is in Texas. If I buy the property, can I evict them? There’s no written lease. Only verbal. Any info is greatly appreciated. TIA

@Shelby LeBlanc

It may make more sense to have the Seller deliver the property vacant at closing if they are open to that. It will lower your closing costs and you won’t have to deal with an eviction.
