Renting to Family and Friends
Does anyone rent to family/friends? Do you NOT on purpose? How do you avoid it without discriminating?

"Friends and Family" aren't a protected group. You can flat out say "I don't rent to friends or family" and not be discriminating.
Its always more complicated when you rent to a friend or family member. You have relationships only that as landlord and tenant. Those other relationships shouldn't affect your landlord decisions, but might. If you have to evict your relative, Christmas dinner's may become less fun, for example.
