Airbnb Accounting Questions
Hello! Trying to figure out if the host fee that Airbnb charges the host is part of what they show on the 1099 that they issue? I was told by a CPA that the host fee needs to be added on top of our net income, as far as what's reported to the IRS. Would love to talk to folks that really know this stuff.
