Updated rental lease for after eviction moratorium expires

Has anyone added a clause or updated your lease agreement that would provide further protection to landlords after eviction moratorium ends next month? I will need to find a new tenant next month and want to update my lease template.  I’m asking for WA state. TIA!

Just do background checks, have higher criteria, take into account applicants job history and job security, get larger deposits if legally able to do so.
