Current 8 Plex, buying another: Accounting & PM Software for 2021

Hi All,

I've an 8 unit Multifamily in Central Florida which I plan to hold. I have some co-ops in NYC which I am closing on next week. I'll be doing a 1031 for another Multifamily here near Orlando.

I've always used paper and pen for my bookkeeping and property management. Given that I'll be taking on another Multifamily, it is time to make the rental's and property mgt, soup to nuts, much, much easier. It's already become complicated with my current Central Florida 8 Plex. With another Multifamily added, I can't imagine how to functionally remain in the Stone Age.

Please be kind enough to provide recommendations for Cloud Based services, preferably with an App, that will help me move my current 8 Plex into the Cloud (& preferably accompanying App) and help me prepare for the new acquisition.

The more detailed your reply, the better as I'm tech challenged.

I appreciate it, Laura

@Laura Fox I use RentRedi which has a landlord app and a tenant app for them to send payments and maintenance requests. You can sync to QuickBooks all information. I am happy with it so far. Believe if you’re a pro member there is a discount so ask them about that asewell
