@Eli Konig I’ll sign it if you get one going but good luck with the legal route.

@Laura Fox I use RentRedi which has a landlord app and a tenant app for them to send payments and maintenance requests. You can sync to QuickBooks all information. I am happy with it so far. Believe if you’re a pro member there is a discount so ask them about that asewell

@Jonathan R McLaughlin if we are talking about my property I’m entitled to give two ***** about all the big words and kick yer *** outta my house. Go get yer daddy government and live in his house. Everyone is bending over and letting government slide it in w/o question. This is why they do what they want with property not theirs to have control of. Rights rights wrongs wrong my conscience is what I go by and will always stand up for what’s mine. Y’all should try it and quit letting them run us all over cuz cowards won’t stand up with the few that won’t allow for this. They don’t pay they dont stay.

We are all so worried about following the rules of a government who throws us to the wolves that we forget that It’s our property not theirs and we are justified in not letting them overstep their role. Fight back by doing what is right for your family even if it’s standing up for yourself and telling government to kiss your ***. Enough do that and we’ll quit getting crapped on. Until then, keep worrying about it and follow their guidelines and they get worse! Everyone fears the government yet acts like they’re gonna save somebody cuz they care! That’s a joke! Give them my gun and my house? Come get em they won’t do, they want you to comply and volunteer and be ran over but law is not on their side only fear is! Wake up people they do what we let them simple as that.

@Matthew K. I’d say quit letting them say what you can do with your property. Laws that aren’t constitutional don’t need to be followed (not in my house anyway) and that’s what they’re staying in. Make them leave...or do what government says too until yer broke and it ain’t yours anymore

@Gary L Wallman you are totally correct and it’s because we all sit back and take it, me included but I’m not for much longer. They’re crooks using their power for gain and playing us for stupid while they take our property! Is it even our property anymore (when it’s a negative thing like taxes it’s ours to have)? They say what we can do with our own things. How much longer do we allow it and why has it gotten to where they take what they want of ours and let us pay the tab. Government isn’t the answer it’s the problem and always has been. If anyone believes the government is for us and looking out for anyone besides their own pockets you have been living under a rock or stupid. They strong arm now and successful at it so far. Love my country but can’t stand our sorry crooked no good *** government. The way I see it, its my house and if you don’t pay me I’ll be there and you’ll be out on your ***. Next tenant take note of what just happened! My house not theirs my rules. Should always be like that. I don’t tell them what to do in their house nor would they care if I did! How are they “us” or acting as one of us? More like above us or communist mfs

Yer in good spot especially with movie theatre and something else i just can’t recall what that is being built right now almost right by there. U are meaning mosher Apts. correct. Think they’re older but like them for space and unique almost duplex or 4 plex set up. If price works for you I’m fairly sure they stay rented. And tornados are not likely but always possible I guess but no other threats like that. Not a fan of the town really being truthful but profit is what yer after not calling it home for yerself & family i hope.

Enid is decent town for rentals. Try to rent to Vance Air Force Base pilots cuz you will get paid if it’s owed which is always a plus. If you got a property in mind just keep in mind what part of town it’s in. If you like, I can tell you if your not sure about an area of town. You can buy a nice brick 4 bd 2 ba. for around $150k and rent out for over $1200 month. That’s average deal no fixer upper. That’s decent. I prefer Stillwater myself over Enid but still new to area so can’t say too much just a way nicer town.

Enid is no more related to oil than anywhere else. On point with renting to Vance AFB and can get good returns on less investment. I own properties in Lakewood CA and Enid and bring home more from property in Oklahoma with less BS codes and property managers.  Lived in both CA and Enid for last 25 yrs. Stay with your thought process and don’t listen to yokels who must not have lived or know about what they speak on.
