Landlord financial tracking

Jodi A Tietz
Posted

Hi, does anyone have a suggestion on a tracking app for receipts, mileage, basic accounting, etc for landlords? I would like to easily, and at times remotely keep track of money in or out to provide to our bookkeeper. I have looked at several online but wondered what people's favorites are? I'd like something easy to use as I'm not the most internet-intuitive person. :)

Thank you!

I'm a huge fan of the app Hurdlr.  You can link to bank accounts, have multiple businesses, tag expenses, track mileage (it will let you decide if it's personal or business), download P&Ls and other reports.  It's only ~$7 a month, or less if you pay annually.
