"Profit First" system with rental business
Listened to podcast with Rocky Lalvani: Put Profit First. Bought and read the book Profit First. Listened to Lalvani’s podcasts. Have implanted the system with our construction company. Looking to implement with our rental business.
Any suggestions from anyone using this system with rentals. Each industry has nuances with this system. Seems I’ll have a lot of accounts. Working on my TAPs currently. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
