Are there tenant screening solutoins out there for commerical apartments? Most of the services are geared towards individual owner. Any thoughts?

What type of screening do we need to include. The property is being managed by us, so at moment we don't have any external management company

When you say commercial apartments are you referring to residential apartment buildings or "commercial" office suites?

We have both residential (1-4 units) and commercial (5+) residential buildings and use the same application screening process for all tenants. We even use the same lease for all.

If you are referring to commercial tenants, then the screening process is more focused on the financial viability of the business.
