Wow overwhelming people

Certainly love you should have a separate lease and also make sure the tenant has renters insurance. But you all are jumping the gun here! No one knows anyone’s story people start business and put all the money back into the business for the first year or two. So that means no actual income! And if the tenant has a job that they are paying “taxes” well I guess they are paying more in rent every time the get a pay check and taxes are deducted! Smh a damn shame I tell you well at let you cant say the lazy lol.

I read this three times and still have no idea what you're talking about.

Near as I can figure, there were 3 or 4 trains of thought....and they all collided.
