Key/Lock Recommendations (Out of State Investor)

Hi everyone -

Does anyone have any recommendations for locks for an out of state investor? Are there any devices that I can control from a few hundred miles away from my rentals? Control meaning changing codes for new tenants, contractors, etc. 

I'd like to get away from the old everyday key. We have a lockbox nearby for the tenants if they get locked out but it's 2021, I hoping there is a more "modern" solution. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
