I would and have "over paid" for a deal. Do you want to know why? Because many people consider anything over asking price to be "over paying". But at the end of the day most of these metrics do not include future growth or projections. If you know how to run a 5 year analysis and your numbers work then "over-paying" may be part of the plan. 

I perform book keeping services. Mainly for real estate companies and investors.

Hi everyone -

Does anyone have any recommendations for locks for an out of state investor? Are there any devices that I can control from a few hundred miles away from my rentals? Control meaning changing codes for new tenants, contractors, etc. 

I'd like to get away from the old everyday key. We have a lockbox nearby for the tenants if they get locked out but it's 2021, I hoping there is a more "modern" solution. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
