Hello BP Community!  I am in the process of buying a quadplex in the Columbus, OH area and will need a property manager as I am an out of state investor. Anyone have recommendations on a trustworthy PM? This will be my first time using one and I plan to buy more in this area in the future. Communication skills are vital, Thanks!
