Mock Up Lease Check (Attorney Needed?)

Ciro Cuellar
Posted

Hi, starting to fix up my first rental property and used one of the BP lease forms to use as a blueprint but how/should I get a real estate attorney or appropriate guide to look over the lease and let me know how to fix it up legally and make sure there’s no holes according to current Texas RP laws?

There are 2 that post here regularly...@Ronald Rohde and @Jerel Ehlert  you could also go back to the title company that closed your transaction and see if they have attorney on staff that will assist you.
