LF: Portland, Oregon Landlord Lawyer Recommendations
Greetings BP!
New member here! I am helping my mom out with her Portland, Oregon rental home. Currently, she has tenants living there for 2.5 years and they have not paid rent since March 2020, protected by the Oregon Eviction Moratorium. Luckily, my mom qualified for the Landlord Compensation fund.
My mom would like to issue a 90-day Qualifying Landlord Reason termination notice so she can move back into her (only) home.

Hi @Prem Ananda, welcome to BP and I'm sorry you're having issues. We've used a couple in the past. The one we've had most luck with is Shawn Morgan. If you google his "Shawn Morgan Attorney" he should pop up. I'll also send you his contact info.
