Does anyone have a property management company they recommend?  Are they reliable and how do you ensure they are not ripping you off and are trustworthy?

PMC in New Jersey are really a garbage dump on fire. How far away are you from the property? If you self-manage using Cozy or Apartments dot com and have a handyman, you will keep some cash flow. Paying for PM in New Jersey with how the taxes are really can cut into any profit.
