Belleville, Illinois Occupancy Permit
We are looking for a good handyman who can help us with clearing up the issues that were found during an inspection and it looks like this City has a racket going and you have to use certain electricians, plumbers etc. and it is a "money grab" by the City.
Has anyone else had this experience with Belleville?
