Renting a spot for a 5th wheel.

I have a duplex setting on 1 acre in a rural area. The place is currently under renovation, that will realistically take about another 6 months to complete. Last week we saw someone in the area looking for a spot to park and live in their 5th wheel until they can find a house to purchase. Since we have plenty of room we were thinking about offering up a spot for them. Does anybody have any insight as to what could go wrong and any reason we shouldn't pursue this income stream? Thanks!
